How to use:
Apply at least 15-20 minutes before going outside to allow it to absorb into the skin. Apply sunscreen to all exposed skin, including often-missed areas like ears, the back of the neck, tops of feet, and the hands. For the face, consider using the "twofinger rule" (applying a line of sunscreen along two fingers). Reapply sunscreen every two hours, or more frequently if swimming or sweating. Water resistance is not the same as waterproof, so reapply after swimming, toweling off, or sweating.
